Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer II responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Specialty Pharmacy staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate effectiveness for Specialty Pharmacy staff
- Identify, develop, and conduct training programs, including designing training aids
- Maintain records of training activities and provide feedback on policy and procedure revisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
- Auditing experience preferred
- Prior experience creating a comprehensive training program
- Pharmacy or Managed Care operations experience is highly preferred
