Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewal opportunities and increase renewal rates to protect recurring revenue
- Develop account strategies and communicate benefits of program retention and expansion to customers
- Compile data and forecast key metrics while collaborating with internal teams on renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in educational or technology sales
- Proficiency in MS Software and CRM Software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Experience communicating product features and benefits effectively to customers
