Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate Contractor I to support analytical method development and testing in small molecule drug development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing using HPLC and support additional techniques such as GC and dissolution
• Execute experiments for method development and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform process and formulation optimization decisions

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO laboratory
• Hands-on expertise with HPLC for small molecule analysis
• Experience working in GMP/GLP laboratory environments
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
• Team-oriented mindset
