A company is looking for a Residential Sales Supervisor to supervise and inspire a team of Residential Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Residential Sales Representatives to meet sales quotas and maintain quality standards
- Prepare productivity and performance reports while monitoring sales trends and team performance
- Assist in the hiring process and manage ongoing coaching and discipline of the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, or Business degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar industry
- Experience in door-to-door selling of data and video services
- Proficiency in word processing, Excel, internet software, and email
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance standards
