Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Records Supervisor to oversee the management of medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the retrieval, storage, and secure disposal of medical records in compliance with HIPAA requirements
• Manage communications with providers and handle secure file uploads and audit results
• Supervise audit and quality assurance processes, and generate and deliver audit reports

Required Qualifications

• RHIT certification
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
