Agency and CES Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency & CES Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and compliance of residential mortgage loan applications according to investor and company guidelines
• Issue compliant loan decisions and review resubmitted documentation as necessary
• Respond to loan audits and maintain knowledge of investor guidelines and policies through training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years recent experience underwriting credit and collateral to guidelines
• Current experience underwriting Agency and CES / HELOC Loans
• Intermediate level of computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
