A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant III - Discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, sort, and input taxpayer correspondence for the Discovery Section
- Maintain tracking systems for incoming protests and manage office supply inventory
- Provide support to Tax Supervisors and staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Three years of general clerical experience or a combination of education and relevant experience equaling three years
- Experience with data entry and utilizing computer systems
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Office365
- Familiarity with GenTax and handling federal data
- Must be a resident of Colorado at the time of application
