Risk Quality Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document requirements, build custom health plan reports, and educate users on report usage
• Develop intervention strategy reporting and measure gap closure for Risk and Quality initiatives
• Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, and assist with special projects as requested

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning
• 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI
• Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
