Road Logistics Cordinator CSR night shift (remote job)

• with forwarding, business and operational know-how solve, coordinate and organize client transports /logistics operations to fulfill clients requirements Understand and support quality systems logistics provider, across different business units.

• Proactively seek to learn, understand and act as an advisor on logistics and forwarding solutions for clients and the respective market industry, general authority in accordance.
• the roadloag operator is overall responsible or ensuring a positive costumers experience each and every time they engage with clients. Having direct interaction with our costumers showing proactive costumer service, problem solving and costumer service, quality/KPI’S, efficiency and GP.
