SAFe Certified Lead Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Scrum Master with SAFe Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to maximize business value delivery
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate participation from all team members
• Support the Product Owner in applying SAFe/Agile frameworks and drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning and leading multiple teams
• Proven ability to hold team members accountable and remove roadblocks
