A company is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
- Prepare meeting agendas and packages, and maintain an up-to-date telephone directory
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and assist in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 - 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable engaging with sales teams and external clients
