Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent messaging and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership
- Design and maintain training programs and sales content that effectively communicate product capabilities
- Manage and develop the SDR team while tracking key performance indicators related to sales enablement
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales enablement
- Experience in both startups and established companies
- Background as a salesperson is a strong plus
- SaaS industry experience is required; insurance knowledge is a plus
- Strong people management experience, ideally with SDR or sales teams
