Key Responsibilities
- Grow the team by identifying, recruiting, hiring, and coaching Account Executives
- Build and implement a local ecosystem strategy for selling and delivering value with partners
- Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene across the team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in MEA Enterprise software sales leadership
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets
- Experience in conducting C-level meetings and presenting solutions
- Familiarity with MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies
- Fluency in Arabic and English
