Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to align innovative strategies with technology solutions
- Engage in business development and conduct executive-level product demonstrations
- Assist customers with discovery, analysis, and recommendation of strategic solutions through live product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Sales Solution Engineer experience preferred, with 7+ years in healthcare software roles
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Success Management software
- Strong presentation skills, with experience in various audience settings
- Ability to adapt product demonstrations to address specific customer pain points
