Job Summary
A company is looking for a Small Employer Representative I-1 to assist brokers and members in the sale of Individual Plans and Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and assist brokers with the sale of Individual Plan and Small Employer products
- Educate potential and existing members on selecting appropriate insurance plans
- Attend sales events and interact with brokers, customers, and other departments professionally
Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience
- Two years of sales experience
- Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet programs, and internet navigation
- Understanding of health insurance and familiarity with eligibility systems
- Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
