Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and field Sales
- Develop price quotes and process orders, changes, and returns according to procedures
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or other relevant experience required
- Strong business math skills and ability to read and interpret data and reports
- Proficient in MS Office and Google applications, as well as database systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing requirements
