Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day operations and system improvements in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, including user account management
- Support end-users by resolving issues and maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Create and modify reports and dashboards, and document processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress
- Basic understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities)
- Experience with Excel and data management tools is a plus
