Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, managing user accounts and routine administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with teams to configure Salesforce, generate reports, and train users on the platform
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through audits, record cleansing, and leading data hygiene efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience with relevant Salesforce applications
  • Experience with Salesforce third-party apps and integrations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language proficiencies are a plus
