A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to enhance organizational efficiency and manage systems within their CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, managing user accounts and routine administrative tasks
- Collaborate with teams to configure Salesforce, generate reports, and train users on the platform
- Maintain data quality and integrity through audits, record cleansing, and leading data hygiene efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience with relevant Salesforce applications
- Experience with Salesforce third-party apps and integrations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language proficiencies are a plus
