Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the agile release train for a given value stream and ensure scrum team success
• Coach and mentor scrum teams, empowering them to embrace agility and remove impediments
• Create release plans and dashboards that illustrate the flow of value and lead successful delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
• Scrum Master and RTE Certifications with experience in both SAFe and non-SAFe environments
• Significant experience in agile transformations and coaching teams
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
