Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Security Monitoring team to detect, analyze, and respond to security events
• Manage logging and monitoring capabilities, driving a roadmap for improvement
• Guide team development and enhance tools, tactics, and procedures for security operations

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Understanding of the information security industry and threat landscape
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
