Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Analyst to oversee change management processes in IT projects and maintenance implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure standardized methods and procedures are used during planning, approval, and implementation of IT changes
• Provide oversight for change management in project and maintenance implementations
• Serve as a dedicated change manager for select projects and changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of change, configuration, and release management processes and best practices
• Experience in change management within an enterprise IT organization, preferably in a large financial institution
• Familiarity with methodologies such as DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Experience in application development and the systems development life cycle
