Senior CMDB Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CMDB Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new technologies into the CMDB and Data Foundations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Document new and existing CI classes to maintain the CMDB schema and Data Foundations tables
• Create and perform unit and UAT testing for developed integrations, classes, and features, and design reports using CMDB data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with the CMDB and the CSDM framework
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data management, including data profiling and data quality practices
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC delivery methods
