Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead and enhance its global accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team in daily operations and manage the month-end close process
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax laws
• Oversee audit processes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Big 4 or SaaS/Technology industry
• Deep understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and monthly closing
• Experience managing a team and proficiency with ERP systems; Intacct is a plus
• Strong systems orientation with a focus on process automation
