Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and process sales commission payments and conduct audits for accuracy
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and manage payroll reporting, including tax filings and W-2s
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and maintain compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll administration or related HR/finance roles
  • Hands-on experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus, but not required
