Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a growing team in support of a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, exploration, feature engineering, and model training using Databricks and AWS services
• Operationalize tools for experiment tracking and model governance, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for secure development workflows
• Support GenAI enablement and collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and productionalization of IRS customer use cases

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience or Master's degree and five years of related experience
• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in Databricks, JupyterHub, and AWS AI/ML services
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark, and machine learning frameworks for model development and deployment
• Demonstrated experience with MLFlow, CI/CD pipelines, and building secure ML infrastructure in a regulated environment
