Key Responsibilities

• Complete complex configuration tasks and improve QA processes to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Investigate and resolve system issues, collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role, preferably in healthcare payer, insurance, or fintech
• Experience with data and analytics tools, reporting specifications, and report generation
• Collaboration experience with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL), and Microsoft (or Google) suite
• Strong leadership abilities and effective problem-solving skills
