Key Responsibilities

• Lead recurring group meetings, define action items, and provide weekly project updates on strategic initiatives
• Document gaps in sourcing and data management processes, leading cross-functional work streams for improvement
• Draft business requirement documentation for product enhancements and tooling for operational teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong ownership mentality
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Experience in Buying, Supply Chain, data management, or product operations preferred
