Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly business planning processes, including KPI development and performance reviews
• Build and implement scalable operational systems to improve efficiency and support revenue growth
• Identify and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that unlock growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, or revenue performance roles
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles with direct responsibility for managing teams
• Strong understanding of sales analytics, CRM systems, and lead-to-close operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field; MBA preferred
• Advanced skills in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
