Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategy Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader for practice-wide, regional, and local operational projects
• Evaluate financial and operating performance metrics, identifying problems and opportunities
• Manage the project intake process and develop detailed action plans

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA highly preferred
• At least 4 years of relevant healthcare operational and analytical experience
• Background in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy and Finance preferred
• Strong financial reporting foundation and analytical skills, including data modeling
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
