Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead, Self Serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive MBR, QBR, and annual planning processes for the self-serve business, including investment decisions and strategic priorities
- Leverage analytics to understand user engagement and growth opportunities, shaping hypotheses and driving prioritization conversations
- Independently scope and lead strategic programs, summarizing organizational performance through business reviews and updates
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, product strategy, or similar roles
- Experience in highly cross-functional settings, spanning strategy, analysis, and operations
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to focus on key questions
- Passion for data analysis to diagnose business issues
- Ability to execute with minimal guidance in ambiguous contexts
