Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to align data reporting and program priorities with organizational goals
- Oversee data and program technology, performance planning, and monitoring and evaluation functions
- Ensure contract accountability by developing and managing adherence to funder requirements
Required Qualifications
- Juris doctor (J.D.) degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit program management, compliance, or data leadership
- Proven success in strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional team leadership
- Deep understanding of funder compliance and performance measurement frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of data systems and ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
