Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Performance & Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to align data reporting and program priorities with organizational goals
  • Oversee data and program technology, performance planning, and monitoring and evaluation functions
  • Ensure contract accountability by developing and managing adherence to funder requirements


Required Qualifications
  • Juris doctor (J.D.) degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit program management, compliance, or data leadership
  • Proven success in strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Deep understanding of funder compliance and performance measurement frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of data systems and ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
