Principal CCSS Experience Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CCSS Experience & Strategy Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for complex cross-functional initiatives and manage confidential issues
• Develop analysis to identify new markets and initiatives contributing to P&L objectives
• Maintain oversight of all CCSS projects, ensuring alignment and addressing dependencies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a financial institution
• Experience in providing solutions for complex financial initiatives
• Proven engagement with executive leadership for organizational change
• Experience with financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance
