Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-powered security automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms
• Develop custom scripts using Java/Groovy/Python/JavaScript to automate security workflows within Jira
• Architect AI-powered automation systems leveraging LLMs and AI context engineering techniques

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on automation and security workflows
• Expertise in Java/Groovy, Python, and JavaScript for building automation tools
• Proficiency with Adaptavist ScriptRunner for Jira and advanced Jira workflow customization
• Practical experience building complex workflows in SOAR environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
