A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to develop and implement business process improvements and system changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
- Lead teams in evaluating business process changes and documenting impacts at a corporate level
- Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations
- 4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- 4+ years of in-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies
- 4+ years of experience with business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
