Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Configuration Business Systems Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical consultant for Health Plan benefit and payment structure changes
• Lead mid-level to complex projects and conduct unit testing of configuration modifications
• Analyze business impact for global system changes and identify opportunities for efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of experience in Medicaid Managed care as a Business Analyst or related area
• Three years of experience using Microsoft Access for analysis and reporting
• Technical skills in FACETS Configuration modification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Access, SQL, and MS Excel
