A company is looking for a Senior Campaigns Manager, Customer Growth & AI Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of customer campaigns to drive product adoption and retention
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including strategic concept development and performance reporting
• Utilize AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns and analyze campaign performance for insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on campaign management
• Proven experience in executing customer expansion and retention campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as 6sense, Jasper, and Character Quilt is desirable
• Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce.com, Asana, Looker, and HubSpot
