Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FinOps Cloud Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud billing and usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for cloud spend visibility
• Collaborate with application teams to implement optimization recommendations

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a cloud engineering or operations role
• Deep technical expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools is a plus
• Experience with container orchestration platforms and their cost considerations
• Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python, for data analysis and automation
