Senior Computational Biologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Computational Biologist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning methods to enhance predictive and generative platforms
• Design and execute computational pipelines for validating and prioritizing de novo generated molecules
• Analyze and integrate large-scale biological datasets to impact the development of biologically-aware AI platforms

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a biological field with strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with computational biology tools such as structure prediction, molecular docking, and virtual screening
• Experience working with Protein or Chemical Language Models
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML using PyTorch and Lightning is a plus
• Willingness to travel periodically for in-person team meetings
