Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Real-World Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of real-world studies, ensuring methodological rigor and quality control
• Create and refine statistical analysis plans, conduct complex statistical analyses, and communicate findings effectively
• Mentor junior staff and manage statistical efforts for assigned projects while coordinating across departments

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related disciplines with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in drug development processes and innovative statistical skills in real-world evidence
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python and experience with observational data
• Experience in managing projects in matrixed environments and working according to regulatory requirements
• Experience in methodological research with contributions to publications in real-world data analytics
