Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice throughout the product development lifecycle to product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Offer strategic legal guidance on AI/ML systems and features development and deployment
• Advise on complex legal issues including regulatory compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property strategy

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and necessary legal practice credentials
• 8-10+ years of legal experience, particularly with technology or software companies
• Expertise in navigating complex laws and regulatory frameworks
• Extensive in-house counsel experience with product and engineering teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
