Key Responsibilities
- Own and design lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on customer onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with Analytics to leverage customer data for driving revenue and engagement through messaging
- Define success metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM campaign management across multiple channels
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to design customer journeys using segmentation and personalization
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns from concept to execution
