Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Retention).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate hypotheses based on analytical data and customer journey maps
- Launch experiments using various CRM and on-product channels
- Take ownership of CRM initiatives to increase retention and prevent churn
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets/Excel, Jira/Confluence, and BI systems
- Understanding of main CRM metrics such as retention rate and churn rate
- High level of knowledge in key business metrics like revenue and LTV
- Strong command of both Russian and English
- Experience with SQL is a plus
