Job Summary
A company is looking for a Social Insights Manager (Freelance).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver reporting end-to-end from research design, analysis, and visualization to delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Build relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of the Insights Team
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical experience in Sprinklr, specifically with listening/earned data
- 4+ years of experience in an insights role, with a background in brand-side, agency, or publisher environments
- Experience with North American market and culture
- Competent in using Microsoft/Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- A curious, proactive approach with a can-do attitude
