A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager fluent in French.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and provide tailored recommendations
- Drive adoption of Mews payment solutions and guide customers on organizational strategy and governance
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and identify best practices across the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role focused on retention and revenue growth
- Experience managing a client portfolio of 50+ customers with a book value of 4M+
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business value and project timelines
- Familiarity with PMS products and hospitality technology platforms
- Full fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
