Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
