Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and implementation for new mid-size customers to ensure high adoption and engagement
- Build trusted relationships through regular touchpoints and executive business reviews
- Analyze account usage data to foster engagement and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Strong critical thinking abilities
