Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customs Brokerage Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and ensure the timely movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customer service requirements
• Manage entry verification processes and coordinate post-entry activities on behalf of customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 24 months of brokerage or transportation and/or customer service experience required
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and the harmonized tariff system
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
