Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer growth and prevent risk through early engagement and effective value strategies
- Achieve financial and strategic targets while maintaining a rolling forecast and addressing renewal risks
- Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong contract negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures
- Ability to navigate and build trust with customers in a consultative manner
