Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer growth and prevent risk through early engagement and effective value strategies
  • Achieve financial and strategic targets while maintaining a rolling forecast and addressing renewal risks
  • Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures
  • Ability to navigate and build trust with customers in a consultative manner
