Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive Trader Experience strategy in consultation with the Chief Strategy Officer
- Coordinate with leadership of front-facing teams to ensure excellence in trader experience delivery
- Track and analyze trader behavior and performance trends, providing insights to Senior Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in customer experience, operations, or trader-facing functions
- Experience in building and scaling customer/trader journeys in high-growth environments
- Strong data orientation with the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics
- Successful track record in leading cross-functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction
- Deep understanding of competitive dynamics in the trading or financial services industry
