Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to provide analytics support for a Customer Care department and lead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a suite of reports and Tableau dashboards
• Optimize Care department strategies to create $1M+ in cost savings or revenue generation
• Lead strategic data projects to enhance customer experience and reduce service costs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-time experience with SQL
• Experience with SQL (Snowflake) and Tableau or other dashboarding tools
• Proven track record of driving financial or customer experience improvements
• Experience in consulting, analytics, statistics, project management, or operations
• Experience with presentation and graphic storytelling (PowerPoint) to executive audiences
