Senior Demand Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary demand and capacity liaison for a large team, partnering with delivery managers and planning leads
• Assess current-state planning practices and introduce structured frameworks for forecasting and tracking demand
• Identify data quality gaps and initiate remediation efforts, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders across multiple functional areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations
• Demonstrated experience introducing new planning frameworks or baseline measurement models in uncertain or undefined environments
• Experience translating informal or incomplete information into structured planning artifacts
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools is preferred
